"Linallie" with bitumen road frontage is located 28kms north of Texas, 42kms south east of Inglewood and approx. 120kms west of Warwick.

Services: Mains power single phase, twice weekly mail service, school bus to Texas primary and secondary schools.

Country: "Linallie" varies from ironbark country with apple tree and box flats. With dark to loamy clay soils into more open traprock country with some stony steeper areas at the rear of the property.

Approximately 2000 acres is timbered ironbark grazing country. Balance is generally open grazing with some regrowth.
