There was a room added at the side at some stage, but this room leaks and is not particularly useful as it is. There has also been a leak above the rear toilet, most likely caused by blocked gutters overflowing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get into the Kurrimine Beach market at an entry-level price. Think long morning walks on the beach, bountiful fishing and snorkelling, and camping on the islands just offshore. The reef is so close that at the right time of the year, you can walk to it.

It is not Buckingham Palace, but it is in a much better location.
