'Lilyvale' is located 16 km west of the town of Tenterfield NSW. The whole of this distance is bitumen sealed road.

'Lilyvale' with granite-based soils is well suited for livestock grazing and cropping. The majority of the property is love grass along with native grasses.  
Approximately 80 acres has been worked up and planted with lucerne, corn, oats and millet all having been grown in years gone by. The property was last cultivated in 2016 with oats and millet grown and has huge potential for the re-establishment of cropping.

FENCING:
