The location is fantastic. Oak Valley is much closer to town than other acreage areas
and you can be in the CBD in just 25 minutes. Everything you could need is at Fairfield
Central Shopping, just 15 minutes down the road. This horse friendly block is
surrounded by other similar size properties and the neighbour vibe is just sublime.
There's even a seasonal creek that runs through the back of the property so during the
hottest months of the year, your family can enjoy its own private swimming hole.
