Created by Urban DC and with architecture by Fraser & Partners, Harbour Frankston is inspired by the area's rich maritime heritage. 

The building’s organic design gracefully mirrors the rhythm of the waves that lap the nearby shoreline. Its architecture ensures that every residence enjoys stunning views from spacious balconies, welcoming natural light, fresh air, and breathtaking vistas into the living spaces.

There are four types of residences: Lagoon Villas, Anchorage Apartments, Yarra Apartments, and the Marina Penthouse Collection. Each residence is offered in two distinct colour schemes: Ocean Mist, with cool tones of grey, light timber, and blue leather accents, and Seagrass, which features warmer hues for a cozier feel.
