Dalkeith is a fine example of a NSW colonial home, gardens and outbuildings. Lived in and maintained by one family since the 1850's until 2021, Dalkeith retains the atmosphere and romance one expects of an historic property. This energy efficient design was brought from India in the early 1800's and is still a very efficient way of managing temperature. 

The original Neurea Store and Post Office is contained within the northern end of the house and is still in original condition, with remnants of vibrant 1850's wallpaper, cedar shelves and counter. It was once the hub of the Neurea community.
