Ella Valla Station  

- Total land area of 76,167* hectares (188,212* acres). 
- Assessed carrying capacity of 875* Adult Equivalents (AE). 
- Water is supplied via 17* bores, including four* equipped with solar-powered submersible pumps, reticulated to 30,000* litre poly tanks and concrete troughs. 
- Average annual rainfall of 209* millimetres (Calligiddy Station BOM records). 
- Soil types comprise predominately red deep sandy and red sandy duplex soils supporting spinifex grasslands and scattered shrubs.

- Cattle yards (DSY Engineering, 700* head capacity) included in the sale and located on-site, which are not erected.
