+ Office – Limited to the adaptive reuse of heritage buildings and a maximum GFA of 2,600sqm.

+ Road.

+ Permitted ancillary land uses include Café, Bar, and/or Restaurant, limited to a maximum GFA of 600sqm. 

LOCATION

Yarralumla is a large inner south suburb of Canberra, the capital city of Australia. It is located approximately 3.5 km south-west of the city and extends along the south-west bank of Lake Burley Griffin from Scrivener Dam to Commonwealth Avenue. 

The suburb is bounded to the east by Banks Street, to the south by Bentham Street, and to the west by Royal Canberra Golf Club.
