Ocean Blues is a beautiful multi-level home with pool located on Batts Rock, St James. The sea views are stunning from each level and this private home has an enclosed stairway that leads down to a private beach cove or the sea directly, depending on the time of year. There are two one bedroom, one bathroom apartments each with a private balcony and separate entrance. These rent well for holiday rental. The main house is owner occupied for the winter months and has two bedrooms each with bathrooms that share a large balcony.
