Das rustikale, vor 150 Jahren aus Stein gebaute Haus wurde vor 15-20 Jahren renoviert und ist in gutem Zustand. Das Dach wurde vor 12 Jahren restauriert und isoliert. Das Rustico ist auf drei Etagen mit separaten Eingngen strukturiert. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich eine Wohnkche mit Kamin, Bad/Dusche/WC und ein kleiner Abstellraum. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Schlafzimmer und eine groe Auenterrasse. In der zweiten Etage ist ein weiteres Schlafzimmer eingebaut. Trinkwasser ist an die stdtische Wasserversorgung angeschlossen, fr die Abwasserentsorgung gibt es einen undichten Brunnen, Strom ist an das ffentliche Netz angeschlossen, Internet und Telefon sind bereits vorhanden.
