The buildings must respect a minimum distance of 1/3 of the height of the facades, but at least 6.00 m for the downstream faade and at least 4.00 m for the other facades. Maximum height: 17.00 m. For hotels, the height can be increased to 18.00 m. Bathtub openings in the roof are permitted provided that their maximum surface area per roof slope of this type is in no case greater than 15% of the built floor area relating to the same roof slope, each surface area of this type of opening may in no case exceed 15 m2 of surface area.
