Das Chalet wurde vor 25 Jahren renoviert und befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Zimmer sind gro und einladend im rustikalen Bergstil. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt ber eine kleine Photovoltaikanlage, das Trinkwasser kommt aus der Quelle und fr das Abwasser ist ein Ablaufbrunnen vorhanden. Das Chalet ist wie folgt aufgebaut. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich ein Eingangsbereich mit Kche und Esszimmer, ein Technikraum und ein kleiner Keller-/Abstellraum. ber eine bequeme Treppe gelangt man in den ersten Stock, wo man ein groes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, Einbauschrnken und Bad/Dusche/WC findet. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangt man auf die seitliche Terrasse. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich links und rechts der Treppe zwei Einzelbetten und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Im Auenbereich des Chalets befinden sich ein Gerteschuppen, zwei Terrassen, darunter eine mit Brunnen und ein Essbereich mit Granittisch und Bnken. Von allen Seiten geniet man einen herrlichen, atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und die Natur. Es ist ein idealer Ort fr alle, die Ruhe inmitten unberhrter Natur suchen. Im Sommer ist das Chalet mit dem Auto bequem bis zu den rtlichen Parkpltzen unterhalb des Hauses erreichbar. Von hier aus sind es 5 ? 10 Minuten bergwrts zu Fuss. Im Winter ist dieser Ort ein wahres Paradies fr Liebhaber des Bergskifahrens. Das Skigebiet Cari liegt 2, 5 km vom Chalet entfernt. Faido mit der Eisbahn ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Autobahn A2 ist 15 km und Bellinzona Nord 50 km vom Chalet entfernt. Zu den Seen in Lugano und Locarno sind es eine Stunde Fahrzeit. Electricity is supplied through a small photovoltaic system, drinking water comes from the source and for the discharge of sewage there is the leaking well. The chalet is structured as follows. On the ground floor there is entrance-kitchen-dining room, technical room and small cellar-storage. Going up a comfortable staircase to the first floor we find a large living room with fireplace with built-in wardrobes and bathroom / shower / WC. From the living room you can access the side terrace. Upstairs there are two single beds to the left and right of the staircase and a double bedroom. Outside the chalet there is a tool shed, two terraces, including one with a fountain and a dining area with a granite table and benches.
