Built with quality materials such as old wood and dry stone, and with large floor-to-ceiling windows, Chalet Le Tzi is located in the centre of the resort, on the Place de l'Ermitage. It is currently being studied to integrate a restaurant/bar and/or a shop. It will become a place for meetings and various events in the coming years thanks to a project being carried out by the municipality. It is reserved for Swiss or Swiss residents who would like to buy the chalet as it is and transform it into a public establishment. Note that the top floor could be transformed into an apartment, but that the ground floor is intended to remain in a commercial area.
