It is a 5 min drive on a well-maintained gravel road to the town of Platanillo and then a 10 min drive on a paved road down to Playa Dominical, a cute surf town, with an amazing beach.The main house is 2800 sq ft and has its own gated entry off of the road. There is a one-car carport attached to the house and an entrance from there into the house so on rainy days you dont need to get wet. There is also the main front door.
