Our only defense weapon consists in rolling up the ripe beans one by one with nets trying to discourage the sweet monkeys so we have lovingly nicknamed them the GREEDY MONKEY or LA MONA GOLOSA.At the center of the operation there is a modern visitors center, and tourists can witness the complete process of producing artisanal chocolate. The farm also grows vanilla, plantains, bananas for additional income. The farm also has cows, goats, chickens, and various other farm animals.
