WLAN (500 MBit/s) and HD TV are included. The flat is located on the third floor of a listed Kassel building dating back to 1905. The bathrooms each have a shower, WC and washbasin. The communal kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, retro fridge with freezer compartment and a large dining table. The tram stop Heinrich-Heine-Strae / Universitt (tram lines 5 and 6) is in the immediate vicinity. A direct connection to the city centre and numerous Kassel museums is just a few minutes away. The Karlsaue city park is approx. 200 metres away on foot and invites you to take a walk to the orangery and the planetarium. Free parking is available in the neighbouring streets. The A49 motorway is within easy reach and takes you to both the A44 and the A7. There is also an automatic check-in at your disposal.
