You can walk to Unteruhldingen through the nature reserve in about 20 minutes. From your covered south-facing balcony you have Aachblick . The apartment has windows to all directions, so that you can ventilate very well. All windows are fitted with sun protection devices. This means that the temperature remains pleasant in summer despite being on the ground floor. :-)
