From time to time there are always nice surprises in life, that's what happened to me with this 4 room apartment in Ludwigsburg. On the one hand, the owner was an incredibly nice person, I never really report that, but here I just have to tell it. I left with a smile, of course it was also because of the beautiful apartment. This 4 room apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Ludwigsburg, it is only a few steps until you reach the pedestrian zone and can treat yourself to a delicious ice cream at the popular ice cream parlor, then stroll on towards the market square and get a few more little things.Ludwigsburg is a charming city, I personally think.And this apartment is also adorable, it has about 99 square meters and a nice layout, as all rooms are accessible from the hallway. So did the kitchen, the size of which amazed me. It's a real kitchen--living room and the great thing is, it has a small balcony from which you can get directly into your little garden, isn't that cute! An apartment with a balcony and a small garden that you can design as you like, you can also immediately get into the garage, as it is the first in the row. So somehow it's almost like a house feeling. You have your little paradise around you and that in the middle of Ludwigsburg.The second special feature of this apartment is the bathroom, it is exceptionally large and has a small sauna. It is a daylight bathroom with a large window and enough space for the washing machine. From the hallway you enter the spacious bright dining area and from here you go to the cozy living area, which could be beautifully designed, with a great sofa landscape and beautiful light.The bedroom faces the garden side and is therefore very quiet. Then we have a fourth room, a separate toilet and a storage room.The apartment has a really large basement room and the locked garage.I really felt very comfortable here, the apartment is very spacious, with beautiful details that make living an experience.Have I aroused your curiosity?
