Our 110sqm house Alte Mhle for up to 4 persons (for monthly bookings - otherwise max. 6 persons) stands on the foundation walls of the old mill in the centre (at the old spa gardens) of Wiehl. Our tenants particularly appreciate the quiet location by the little river and the proximity to restaurants and shops. Everything is within easy walking distance. The major Wiehl companies are in the immediate vicinity, the A4 is 5 minutes away and the Cologne Trade Fair Centre is 35 minutes away. Our flat is equipped with all comforts. Long-term tenants are very welcome. On the ground floor is the entrance area with cloakroom and shoe cupboards. Upstairs is the spacious living room with sliding door to the sunny balcony.
