It is on the 3th floor (top floor). There is no lift in the house. The apartment is divided into 2 rooms plus kitchen, bathroom and hall. The rooms are decorated in the vintage-look (white and blue). Altogether there is a lot of storage space due to several cupboards, dressers and shelves. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available. The apartment is located in the Leipzig district Mockau Sd. The tram stop Dringstrae is only 200m away. There the tram lines 1 and 34 leave. To the main station it takes 9 minutes. The new suburban train station of the S4 Mockauer Strae is also in direct proximity (150m). From there it takes 4 minutes to the main station. S2, S5 and S6 are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. The S-Bahn station Leipzig Nord (S1, S2 and S6) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. From there you can reach the central station in 2 minutes. To the fair it takes 5 minutes by S-Bahn. By car it takes 10 minutes to reach the fair or the motorway. Parking is free of charge opposite the apartment. The airport can be reached by S-Bahn in about 10 minutes without changing trains. Shops (supermarket, backery, drugstore, petrol station, etc.) within walking distance. Nature und green areas like the Abtnaundorfer Park with its beautiful little castle, the river and a little lake or the allotment gardens ( Schrebergrten ) can be reached in a couple of minutes. Zentral und dennoch in ruhiger Lage prsentiert sich unsere Vintage-Wohnung in Mockau-Sd. Das Apartment (45 qm) verfgt ber 2 Zimmer, Kche und Bad. Es befindet sich im 3. OG (Dachgeschoss) ohne Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist aufgrund ihrer Lage sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet. Sie wurde im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet, wobei im Wohnzimmer und Flur die Farben blau/wei, im Schlafzimmer die Farbe gelb/wei domniniert. Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Mockau-Sd. Sie befindet sich in einem Kulturdenkmal der Gemeinde Mockau, das 1928 errichtet wurde. Mit der S-Bahn S4 Mockauer Strae, die nur ca. 150 Meter entfernt ist, erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof in 4 Minuten. Die Tramhaltestelle (Linien 1 und 34) ist ca. 200m entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man ca. 10-12 Minuten. Zudem ist die S-Bahnstation Leipzig Nord (S1, S2 und S6) fulufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Von dort kommt man in 2 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof an. Zur Messe sind es mit der S-Bahn 5 Minuten. Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Messe oder die Autobahn in ca. 10 Minuten. Den Flughafen erreicht man mit der S-Bahn ohne Umsteigen ab Leipzig Nord in ca. 10 Minuten. Geschfte des tglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Drogerie, Fleischerei, Bckerei, Tankstelle, etc.) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum der Metropole und knnen gleichzeitig direkt vor der Haustr eine grne Erholungslandschaft entlang des Flusses Parthe genieen: Lndliches Idyll erwartet Sie in 5 Minuten per Fu: Die Abtnaundorfer Parklandschaft wurde im 18. Jahrhundert als Rittergutspark angelegt. Besonders sehenswert sind hier das alte Schloss Abtnaundorf und der Gartentempel.
