Reference: RLJO-T5548. Hotel Cortijo de Salia is a small rural hotel with 11 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, finished with quality fixtures and fittings in a typically Andalucian way. Through the entrance gates there is a car park sufficient for all guests residing at the hotel. The main hotel consists of 2 floors, on the ground floor there is an entrance hall with 2 toilets, a reception area, a split level lounge with patio doors onto a terrace, a restaurant with a fully stocked bar and store room, an industrial size kitchen with all of the equipment and then 3 further rooms currently used as 2 large storage rooms and a laundry room. Upstairs there is a family suite with 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a large terrace. There are a further 2 separate rooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. The rooms are all finished with solid wood doors, fitted wardrobes and AC units. Separate to the main hotel there is a small block of a further 7 bedrooms, all with their own ensuite bathrooms and terraces to enjoy the views of Mount Maroma. The hotel is surrounded by well kept gardens, paths, terraces, established plants and trees and a large L shape pool.
