Fully restored farmhouse with a 97-hectare estate, located in the heart of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, just a 15-minute drive from Cadaqus, Roses and El Port de la Selva.The estate has the highest level of tourist license available, allowing it to be exploited as a Rural Turisme, luxury holiday rental or private residence. The owners have used it both as a business and as a private home. (Accounting is available). All the necessary documentation is also available: certificate of occupancy and energy certificate.The finca is self-sufficient in terms of electricity, water and wastewater treatment. In addition, it is connected to the main power grid as a backup. (The house is highly energy efficient and has a very low carbon footprint.) Access is via a private road (restricted use) from the main road, with additional private access to both Cadaqus and Roses.As for accommodation, the old farmhouse has 4 bedrooms (with the possibility of converting an office into a fifth). There are large outdoor dining areas, integrated barbecue and landscaped patios with drought-resistant plants, almond and apricot trees. There is also a freestanding olive grove with over 40 centenary olive trees and 25 beehives have recently been installed.It has an approved Forest Plan that allows vineyards to be planted, the olive grove to be expanded, orchards to be established and a 5x5 m shed to be built. There are two parking areas with capacity for up to 9 cars and a stopping point next to the house.As for maintenance, there is a regular cleaning service, which can be extended to house service.
