This fantastic property is located just a few minutes on the edge of the village of Partaloa. It is only a 20 minute walk to the village where all basic amenities can be found. The larger market town of Albox is only a 10 minute drive away where all major shops, supermarkets etc can be found. The beautiful beaches of Almeria are only 30 40 minutes away. To the front of the house there is a fully enclosed porch leading to the front door. The front door leads into the lounge with a pellet burner and there are also double patio doors leading out to the pool area. To the right is the raised dining room. To the left is the fully fitted kitchen and a hallway leading to the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and dressing area, the other 2 bedrooms of the bedrooms overlook the pool. There is air conditioning throughout the property.
