To the exterior is a covered lovely terrace, a wonderful area to relax next to a fountain and great views across the very manageable land of around 3, 500m2 with fruit trees and kennels. The swimming pool, I have rarely seen anything like it apart from on the USA million dollar homes programs. The pool is massive and is completely covered but the cover can be easily folded back to open up the pool in the summer months. It is everything you could possibly want from a pool. An enormous greenhouse has been half turned into a garage with parking for a number of cars.
