2 hours from Paris, in Burgundy, in the heart of a city with a strong heritage character, an elegant 19th century villa surrounded by a wooded park, with outbuildings and swimming pool. The original building, with a central plan, is raised by one floor and an attic level. Its walls are covered with stone-tone plaster and its mansard roof is covered with slates and zinc. A side wing was added later to the west, built on two levels, covered with a roof terrace. In the extension of this wing, a contemporary veranda is arranged, bordering the swimming pool. A vast grassy and shaded park, planted with tall trees, some of which are centuries old, is embellished with flower beds and flower beds.
