Along the ramparts of a village of character in the Alsatian vineyards, a late 18th century residence and its wooded garden. Set back from the street, at the end of a private cul-de-sac, the residence, set in the shade of the foliage of a clump of centuries-old trees, is established in the heart of the medieval urban fabric of Bergheim. Once through the entrance gate, the main faade of the house is revealed, facing the garden bordered to the south by the 14th century ramparts. It is punctuated by seven bays of windows arranged on two levels of living above a basement. The hipped roof is covered with Bieberschwantz tortoiseshell tiles and pierced by dormers with oval sections.
