An imposing 19th-century estate, surrounded by a remarkable garden, 30 minutes northwest of Rouen, in grounds of almost 2 hectares. A wrought iron gate opens onto a discrete, paved parking area, surrounded by large shrubs. The paving carries on up to the front of the residence where it forms a large patio. The two-storey brick residence, with stone belt courses denoting each level, is topped by an attic space. The hipped slate roof is punctuated with gable dormers on one side and skylights on the other. There are nine vertical rows of windows and openings, between which can be found light-coloured ashlar alignments framed at each end of the faade by quoins. A garden and many plantations surround the house. Further away, a covered riding area and a brick barn with a stable stand in the middle of a large lawned area.
