Limoges is also a pleasant city for shopping or dining in one of the many excellent restaurants. The market halls and Rue de Boucherie are highly recommended! Furthermore, the surrounding area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, or motorbike trips. It's all possible here.The house is built on a basement level with a large garage, workshop, utility room, and space for the pool pump. It can be accessed through the garage door and from inside.The living floor comprises an entrance with a front door, a bathroom, a separate toilet, two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes, a living room, and a charming kitchen. The living room has French doors leading to a balcony at the front. The kitchen also opens onto the balcony facing the garden and provides direct access to the large garden. You'll enjoy complete privacy here.The first floor has a large landing, a bedroom, and a large storage room. All well-insulated.The 4x8-meter swimming pool has a sliding panel cover and an outdoor shower next to it. The jacuzzi, combined with the garden, truly gives you the feeling of living like a god in France. Enjoy delicious outdoor dining on the covered terrace or enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.
