A striking bourgeois residence and its park waiting to be brought back to life in the town of the Duke of Decazes. A landmark in the urban landscape, this former residence of a local grandee stands at the entrance to the town. Accessed via a street that leads to the historic centre, its surroundings are enlivened by a few shops and by the road to Capdenac and Rodez, which features a pedestrian walkway in this part of town. The surrounding terrain, slightly rising towards the building and flat for the other half, separates the residence from other buildings in the vicinity.
