30 minutes west of Rouen and a few kilometres from the Seine, an old mill in a garden of nearly 2, 000 m. From the nearby village, a small country road winds its way down to the access drive that leads to the old mill. The building is surrounded on three sides by brick paving. It forms a terrace in front of the main facade separating the house from the green spaces bordered by a box hedge and a grove.
