A large family house just 150 metres from a beach, near the town of Granville in the south of Normandy's Manche department. Just outside the town, a public road runs along clifftops with a sweeping view of the neighbouring town, its vast beach and Mont-Saint-Michel Bay. The property is hidden behind a gate and tall hedges. It lies on high ground. A tarmacked drive runs up to the home. The dwelling mainly faces south. With part of it facing west and with its high position, you can admire a sea view from the house. It was built in the late 1970s in an L shape. It has a basement, a ground floor and a first floor in the roof space. The walls are made of concrete breeze blocks, coated with rendering. Slate facing covers the south and west elevations. The house is crowned with a hipped roof of flat tiles with broad eaves and a gutter attached to the roofing. A protruding section of the house has a triangular gable end with a first-floor balcony. On the south side, the roof has a double shed dormer, which also has eaves.
