A 17th and 18th-century dwelling, with its outbuildings and garden, nestled within a village in the historical and natural region of Haut-Anjou. Perched up in the heights along the western edge of the village, the property, facing south towards a small road, is surrounded by woods. With its outbuildings to the northeast and its garden extending to the north and west, the 18th-century main building, in lime-pointed schist and sandstone rubble, is cadenced by tuffeau stone window/door surrounds and dormer windows, while the whole is topped with a slate hipped roof. Constructed out of the same materials, a two-storey 17th-century wing, placed perpendicular to the main dwelling and crowned with a gable roof, borders the western side of the courtyard and is decorated with wooden lintels over its windows and doors.
