This small village house is located in the village of Arnac between Varen and Saint Antonin Noble Val on a village square not far from the village church. The house is made up of three levels of 22 m each and has been renovated.You enter directly into the kitchen/dining room of the house, there is an open kitchen with stone sink, and travertine flooring, a remarkable cast iron spiral staircase goes up to the first floor.On the first floor is the living room with fireplace and old stone sink. There is also a door to an exterior stone staircase. The same cast iron staircase leads to the second floor where the bedroom is located as well as the 4m bathroom with sink, Wc, a beautiful walk-in shower with travertine on the wall.Although the house does not have a garden, the village square allows you to enjoy the outdoors.
