Serifos, Kato ChoraTraditional house over 200 years old, reconstructed, located in the area of Kato Chora. The house was the former Chora schoolhouse. It is one of the few detached houses in Chora, as it has no partition on either side and is surrounded by alleys. It is arranged in three levels. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. On this level there is an entrance and a terrace where underneath is the water tank with a pump in case of emergency. The terrace has views of Livadi and the neighbouring islands. On the second level is the main entrance, and consists of the living room where two people can sleep and the balcony overlooking Livadi and the Aegean Sea. On the third level is the bedroom and a small wc. On all levels there are many storage spaces that meet the needs of a family. Ideal for holiday use but also for short term rentals, because it is located in the best zone in terms of views and access to Chora.
