Large seaside development land of 92, 312 m2, nicely positioned only about 250m from the beach of Analoukas , about 9.5 km east of the town of Sitia, North-East Crete. It enjoys views of the sea, the hills and the mountains. It is possible to get a tourist development license for this land, allowing the construction of a hotel or holiday apartment complex of up to 13, 233 m2. Sitia is 2 hours by car to the international airport of Heraklion which has regular flights all through the years to all major European airports. There is also an airport in Sitia that serves a few chartered flights to the UK and the continent during the summer season.
