ISTRIA, BUJE - Building land with a sea view The medieval town of Buje is located in the northwestern part of the Istrian peninsula, and is located on top of a hill with a beautiful view of the sea, surrounding hills, vineyards and olive groves for which this area is famous. Description of the building: The construction of a detached family house of regular shape on sloping terrain is planned. Architectural design The building is designed functionally and modernly, in accordance with applicable regulations and the urban image of the settlement. High-quality, long-lasting materials are used with an emphasis on energy efficiency. A green flat roof with a sloping steel canopy is planned. The openings will be made of aluminum profiles with roller shutters for sun protection.
