Abbadia San Salvatore, Tuscany

Reference: CEAS-T392. Abbadia San Salvatore (SI): Agritourism farm of 59 hectares planted with vineyards, olive groves, arable land, orchards and woodland. The property is composed of several buildings, including the main one of 500 square metres partly used as a farmhouse with four rooms, relative bathrooms, breakfast room, tasting room and laundry. The garden is equipped with tables and chairs as well as a relaxation area inside a wooden veranda structure protecting a wellness area with a Scandinavian tub where the water is heated by a wood-fired boiler to enjoy the pleasure of outdoor bathing in an uncontaminated place in every season. The farm is equipped with solar thermal photovoltaics, biomass fuelled wood and rainwater collected in a storage room. The property houses a riding stables equipped with six stalls, saddlery, changing rooms and storerooms. All around are various sheds for storing timber and agricultural tools. The farm is equipped with fencing, a closed-circuit security system, cameras, sensors and outdoor lighting.
