Reference: CEAS-T1635. Citt della Pieve, Voc. Paradiso (PG): A farmhouse on two levels totaling 800 square meters, immersed in a wonderful enclosed park with a swimming pool. This property was completely rebuilt at the end of the 1980s from the remains of an old ruin and has been constantly modernized up to 2022. The structure is divided into four apartments with independent entrances, three of which are currently used for tourist accommodation. The largest is located on the first floor, with an external staircase for access, and consists of: a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms with walk-in closets, one of which has a terrace, and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there are: - a suite with an entrance-kitchenette, a small living room, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi; - an apartment consisting of a living room with a sofa bed and kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom; - the master apartment with three entrances consisting of a large living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a storage room. In the semi-basement, there are two large rooms used as a garage and cellar, both with a service bathroom that is regularly registered. The entire property is immersed in a fenced park of 5000 square meters where, in total privacy, one can enjoy the pool area, an infinity pool of 10x4 m, a large gazebo with a Jacuzzi that also has heated water, a barbecue area, a relaxation area completely shaded, and a gym. At the edges of the park, there are two large parking areas for guests' cars. Quiet and strategic location, well connected to the center of Citt della Pieve, Lake Trasimeno, and the villages of Tuscany.
