From the farmhouse you can admire the landscapes of the Apennine hills and organize excursions on foot or by bicycle, surrounded by unspoiled nature. The property is completed by about 1 hectare of land.The farmhouse is located in the municipality of Citt di Castello, a town of about 60, 000 inhabitants, from which it is about 15 km away and where you can access every necessary service. Just 10 km away is Pietralunga, another town where you can find stores, post office and pharmacy.
