In the historic center of the Langhe town of Dogliani, one of the main localities of the Langhe, renowned for its excellent wines, a partially restored, spacious house from the mid 1800s.A street off the main municipal road leads to a courtyard where this and other three houses are located.The house stretches over two levels. The ground floor features six rooms, all used as cellars and store rooms.The habitable section measuring 273 square meters is on the first floor. Parts of it have been refurbished, other parts remain to be restored. The restored section features an entrance hall, a kitchen, 3 rooms and a bathroom. The house also features an attic floor with a completely restored roof. At least part of the attic floor can be converted into additional habitable space.
