Peschiera del Garda, famous as a fortress of the Venetian Republic since the 16th century, hides an intricate history and today its area attracts about 2, 500, 000 tourists annually. Immersed in the green countryside where the highly esteemed Lugana wine is born, surrounded by the prestigious rows of vines, we find this beautiful property with a rural character, but at the same time rebuilt with all the most recent crises and above all with primary materials that give life to a dwelling that is to be lived in all its modernity, immersing itself in atmospheres typical of the bucolic past, rediscovering the utmost serenity reconciled by living on the shores of Lake Garda, immersed in the lush nature. The plot surrounding the property covers an area of almost 5, 000 square meters and includes 130 vineyards (with drip irrigation), 6 olive trees and a Mulberry tree over 400 years old. Every single aspect of the realization has been taken care of down to the smallest detail starting from the external cladding of the perimeter walls, in stone and old brick with natural cork insulation, to the choice of flooring: bush-hammered white travertine for the living area and natural oak for the sleeping area. The internal staircase connecting the two floors is a single block of reinforced concrete clad in Iranian travertine. Even the docks in the sleeping area were researched, made by reusing storm drains from Piazza Br in Verona.
