In the enchanting natural setting of the Alta Langa, at a short distance from the village of Niella Belbo, a partly restored ancient stone rustico with a garden and a vegetable patch.The house is a typical L-shaped stone farmhouse whose one wing has been recently restored in keeping with traditional architectural standards (brick vault ceilings, wall from Langa stones) and constitutes the habitation, while the other wing, used formerly as stables and hayloft, is apt to be developed into additional habitable space.The restored section, approximately 70 sq meters per floor, features on its ground floor a spacious living area with kitchen range and a wood oven as well as a restroom arranged in the space under the stairs. A comfortable internal staircase leads to the first floor where we find two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The yet to be restored section measures approximately 55 sq meters per floor, sufficient to arrange 4 good size rooms and baths.The farmhouse sits on a plot of 1300 sq meters of land (about 1/3 of an acre) divided into a courtyard, a garden and a vegetable patch.The proximity of the much-visited Langhe wine country, of the Ligurian seaside and of the ski resorts in the Maritime Alps is worth of mention.
