The walls certainly catch the eye as well as the ceilings with exposed beams, the tile floors, not to mention the ancient doors of old homes, the beautiful sinks sculpted in marble which are combined with river stone coverings and contemporary mosaics.In total we therefore have 590 square meters spread over two floors, with pergolas and passages reminiscent of those of an ancient monastery set in a green garden and with over 50, 000 square meters of agricultural land behind it.Perfectly furnished, the villa also stands out for its details and internal finishes, which represent the right combination of contemporaneity and tradition. The plant engineering part has also been designed to use the structure in every season, the heating system partly underfloor and partly air, as well as the air conditioning guarantee the right temperatures and the 10 kW photovoltaic system with storage allows cost optimization.The swimming pool area is very suitable and recalls the ancient Roman Caldarium , the main pool of the spa with its predominantly rectangular shape but with the arched entrance where the hydromassage is housed and the view of the surrounding fields, an open panorama of broad scope that leaves ample space for the imagination. The same refinement in both style and taste can be found in the Spa area where, hidden by trees to ensure maximum privacy, we find a concept of Spa made up of ancient barrels, a Jacuzzi and a Turkish bath.
