In a peaceful area, close to the sea and to the Cinque Terre tourist attraction area in the Ligurian coast, there's this charming farmhouse, carefully kept, with stone walls inside, wood stove, built-in kitchen and a wonderful garden with many different plants and fruit trees, where it is possible to build a swimming pool also.The house welcomes you through a private gate, after a paved country road of about 700m, distance from the first shops like the butcher's and the grocery's store 1 km.The automatic gate opens into the private yard where few steps lead you to the main entrance of the house. Through the main door you enter in the big living area where there's a open plan kitchen, a living area with a huge fireplace and a wonderful antique wood stove heating the entire room. Here there's also another room which has the system to be a bathroom which now is the laundry. Few steps lead to upstairs where there's another huge living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, a studio room and a bathroom.Both the ground floor and the first floor have access onto the exteriors. A paved hallway runs all around the house.In the garden there are big wonderful trees, fruit trees, plants and water fountain.
