Reference: MSLX-T3. What strikes you to the point of taking your breath away is the view from the garden in front of the house. On clear days from this beautiful rustic located at the foot of the Pisan mountains, you can see the islands of Gorgona and Capraia. The property has been finely renovated by an architect managing to integrate his own ideas with the structural features of the house. The owners, a few years ago, fell so in love with this place that they bought a ruin to make it a unique and special place! Access to the rustic is from a double road: one for exclusive use driveway and the other from an unpaved secondary road. The terrace that greets us at the entrance shows us all the charm of the view as far as the eye can see, which also extends to the back of the rustic and includes much of the mountain, of exclusive property, up to the borders with the Lucchese side and the renowned Dante Pass a favorite destination of many walkers and hikers.
