Through bridges and roundabouts, the southern part of the property looks like an agricultural landscape with meadows and valleys that extend to the vast Poggio Grande, offering views that are lost on the horizon, even to the sea on clear weather days. Dirt paths run through the park and agricultural spaces, allowing for a unique walking experience and a variety of breathtaking views. The Casale Grande, gracefully positioned on a tuff spur overlooking the valley floor of the Paternostro ditch, emerges as the architectural heart of the property.
