In 2008 we were the first official Portuguese mediator of Sru Porto Vivo and during these years we have contributed to the much-needed rehabilitation of Baixa Porto.In 2017, we moved our headquarters to the Foz coast, where we opened a highly visible Ka flagship store.In 2019 we participated in two Real Estate Fairs, launched the first Ka magazine and developed other tools in the field of real estate consultancy.In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: Lets help the homeless - Lets find housing for the homeless in Porto.In 2021 we expanded the Ka brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.
