Boliqueime, Madeira 8100

In a very nice area of Boliqueime , very quiet , very green and very private there are 2 plots , one of 2809 m2 and another one of 1437 m2. On each of those plots there is a ruin for which there is an approved project for a villa with 300 m2 + pool. So in total 2 villas can be built for a total constructed area of 600m2. The 2 houses are loosely linked to each other, one with the orientation south-east and the other one with the orientation south-west. The projects have been designed by Camarim Arquitectos in Lisbon and are breathtaking to say the least.
