This Old Quinta has been carefully restored by its' present owner. It is a place which we do not come across very often anymore, very authentic and in a lovely rural setting. The restauration work has been carried out with lots of love of the Portuguese rustic style, many original details have been kept. The accommodation comprises: 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom en suite, and all with exterior access. Then there is a family room for 4 guests: two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, also with direct access from outside. Furthermore there is a one bedroom apartment: with an open space kitchen/dining/living area and one bedroom with shower room en suite and a lovely terrace, for private use of the guests, in front of the apartment. The caretakers house comprises a large kitchen with dining table and fabulous views from the kitchen sink, a guest wc, a cosy sitting room with wood burner and a small bedroom/office all on the ground level. Up the stairs there is a bedroom with bathroom en suite. From the kitchen there is also access to a large terrace from where there are lovely views.Without taking into account the caretakers accommodation, the B&B can host a maximum of 12 people and 2 people in the one bedroom apartment. So 14 people in total.On the first floor there is a lovely large terrace, where the current owner serves breakfast. Here is also a large area for use of all guests, with a kitchen, a large sitting area and a wood burner.The garden has many lovely sitting areas, and traditional features, such as the cisterna, the Bbq area and some fruit trees. In case you would like to have a larger garden, the land behind the property can eventually be bought separately, this is approximately 10.000m2The property is set in a small village in the country side, just north of Vilamoura, so access to beaches and golf courses is guaranteed, but also a great place to start your hikes in the hinterland! The B&B is up and running and is sold including the website and booking system, so all perfectly ready for you to step into as the new host!
