Approved Project by Saraiva+Associados Mixed-Use Development with Retail and a 4-Star Aparthotel in Quinta do Anjo, PalmelaThis approved project, designed by the renowned architectural firm Saraiva+Associados, envisions the development of a mixed-use complex combining a commercial area and a 4-star Aparthotel in Quinta do Anjo, within the municipality of Palmela. The site is located in an area designated for tourism use under the Palmela Municipal Master Plan.The Aparthotel will comprise 54 accommodation units, including duplex T2 units, T1 apartments and studios, with a total of 186 beds. It will also feature leisure and dining areas, meeting all the requirements for the desired 4-star classification. The commercial area will offer 2, 336.64 m of space, complementing the tourism component and enhancing the range of services available in the area.The total land area is 42, 695 m, with the intervention lot covering 28, 357 m. The project allows for a maximum building footprint of 6, 404 m and a gross above-ground construction area of 8, 539 m, of which 2, 336.64 m is dedicated to the commercial space. The development will have a maximum of two floors above ground, with a building height limited to 6.5 metres. It will accommodate up to 256 guests or residents and include 21, 953 m of outdoor landscaped areas.The total registered area of 42, 695 m also includes the existing road and the plot designated for this development.Ref. 153256
